Labels printed blue on white applied to spine (very minor chipping) and front board. Both labels slightly tanned. This copy #'d 36 of 105 and SIGNED by Joseph Jackson, all on the copyright page. Binding sound & hinges intact with a little uneven tanning to endpapers. Exterior light uniform soiling + 3 or 4 very small, light droplets of moisture, all located in/along the joints. Corners and ends remain quite decent for the most part, though a few tiny chips + ends are bumped. Interior generally quite clean incl frontis portrait w/ tissue. Also: facsimile of original title page. Laid-in from another source is another portrait of Poe with its titled tissue overlay. Deckle-edged (fore and bottom). Very Good. Signed by Author.
